Meet Julie Bray

Julie received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas Permian Basin. She worked as a Psychology lecturer and had a private practice, licensed as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). She expanded her practice to obtain Board Certification in Neurofeedback using some of the most advanced techniques including; HeartMath Biofeedback, Brain Mapping and Brainwave Training. Miss Bray earned her counseling continuing education credits and was trained by the world-renowned physician and author, Dr. Deepak Chopra in Meditation. She advanced her training at conferences with some of the world’s top Psychologists/Physicians including—Dr. Beck, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Dan Siegel, and bestselling Author and American Buddhist Jack Kornfield.

After moving to Costa Rica, she set out to seek non-traditional ancient knowledge from healers in India, Thailand and Peru. In Peru, Julie received the ancient Munay-Ki rites of the Shaman. Julie combines her worldly knowledge in an eclectic approach to give her clients the best of science and ancient wisdom.

Meet Kitty Howard

Kitty is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Program Facilitator and Life Coach who works with bereaved parents and other grievers. After the death of her only child in 2008 during cancer treatment, she realized there is a lack of helpful guidance and resources available. Kitty worked to completely heal her mental, emotional and physical being. The valuable insights from this process are taught through workshops, grief counselling and online through digital programs and videos. 

Her approach is holistic and heart centred with focus on igniting joy, finding new purpose and deep self love. After 10 years of studying grief, health, nutrition, positive mindsets, productivity, meditation and mindfulness she inspires and shines a light of hope for others walking a similar path through loss and life.

Kitty works with people anywhere in the world through audio and video sessions. 

 

"Honor Your Loss. Honor Your Life." is the program Kitty created from her life's experience while trying to figure out how to live a beautiful life after loss. There is great value in learning to give yourself time to actively grieve, surround yourself with the right people to support you and delve into a regular practise of self care. 

Once the foundation of your grief care is established, you will become ready to follow a well laid path to rediscover joy and make it part of your healing practise. This is when we explore our own childhood dreams and incorporate a little sense of adventure into each new day. It can be a bittersweet moment to achieve something long desired.
